bluestar-linux-6.1.12-2023.02.17-x86_64 has been released and is available for download. This release is very stable as a result of what has apparently been some bug fixing. Also, as you might expect, kde/plasma is continuing its update and becoming more stable. What I did notice immediately with this new kernel is that power and memory management improved significantly. My fan isn't running all the time anymore either - maybe some fixing of the AMD graphics driver. In any case, enjoy. This is a pretty solid release.
Version 4.99 is a Release Candidate for 5.0. In a nutshell, packages are compiled in the Kirkstone release of OpenEmbedded, and EasyOS now has international translations builtin, langpack PETs no longer used, nor are there separate per-language builds.

(#19424) * Dennis Brinkrolf discovered that an adversary who could already run arbitrary code as the amnesia user in Tails 5.9, could have escalated their privileges to reading arbitrary files on the system. We are proud to announce the release of the Gnoppix User Setup Tool, allowing users to configure their Gnoppix experience in multiple languages and with multiple keyboard layouts. Now, users all over the world can enjoy the full power of Gnoppix, no matter their language or location. Get started today and take advantage of all the features Gnoppix has to offer. This is an exceptional maintenance update, normally only available to members. However, due to the huge (especially none-latin) requests of Gnoppix, the changes are extraordinary (Gnoppix User Setup tool and Gnoppix-CTL) so an exception is made and this release is made available to everyone. *(see attachment)
