MX Linux 21.3 is the third refresh of our MX 21 release, consisting of bug fixes, kernels and application updates since our original release of MX Linux 21. If you are already running MX 21, there is no need to reinstall. Packages are all available thru the regular update channel. Highlights include: Debian 11.6 Bullseye base; new and updated applications; the Xfce releases now feature Xfce 4.18; Fluxbox gets a new mx-rofi-manager tool to save and manage rofi configuration; the KDE release is now a full AHS-enabled release, defaulting to the 6.0 AHS kernel; the Debian Stable kernel (5.10) is still available in mx-packageinstaller.
LibreELEC 10.0.4, bringing Kodi (Matrix) 19.5, has been released. Users of LibreELEC 10.x will receive an automatic update (if enabled). The assembly of ALT Education 10.1 distribution kit is prepared for the x86_64, AArch64, i586 architecture on platform 10 (p10 Aronia branch). The operating system is included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs and Databases. The distribution is intended for educational institutions.

This version has the same features as Amarok Linux 23 and comes with improvements to reduce the load of RAM memory usage at boot (system initialization). The Firefox Browser is in its most recent version when the ISO is compiled and also has the latest Mesa Drivers and Firmware.
From PBXware version 6.7, users will be able to utilize a completely new PBXware edition - SP (Service Provider) edition. Version 4.5.4 was released on January 4, and there has only been one bug-fix since then; however, I decided to release 4.5.5 as woofQ and EasyOS will be undergoing fundamental structural changes, for which it is better to start a new Series -- that will be the Kirkstone-series. Hence, 4.5.5 is intended to be the last release of the Dunfell-series. The "fundamental structural change" is mostly about international language support, and the previous couple of blog posts are about the start of that -- those changes are not in 4.5.5.
